By creating a store on , you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are creating a store on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
is a point-of-sale and inventory management platform. Each store you register is a separate tenant with its own data, team accounts, and settings, isolated from every other store on the platform.
The store owner is responsible for the accounts they create or invite, and for the actions taken under those accounts. Keep credentials confidential and report any suspected unauthorized access immediately.
Paid plans are billed per period through our payment processor, PayMongo. Prices are shown in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Renewal is initiated by the store owner from Settings; if a period lapses without renewal, the store may be moved to a restricted state and, after a grace period, suspended. Fees already paid for a billing period are non-refundable except where required by law.
You own the business data you enter into your store. You may export a copy of your core data at any time from Settings. If you request deletion of your store, your data is retained for a grace period (during which you may cancel the request) and then permanently deleted.
You agree not to use for unlawful purposes, to attempt to access another store's data, or to interfere with the platform's operation or security.
You may stop using the service and request deletion of your store at any time. We may suspend or terminate a store that violates these terms or applicable law.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
